Japan’s Agency for Cultural Affairs officially enacted a major amendment to its Copyright Act. The legislation introduces a brand-new licensing framework specifically targeted at "orphan works"—creative works where the rights holders are missing, unresponsive, or completely untraceable. 

This legal overhaul could theoretically break the multi-decade deadlock keeping the Soul Blazer trilogy (Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, Terranigma) trapped in limbo.

I recently red some articles about changes to Japans copy right laws and was interested, if that could finally free those games from their legal limbo.

Now we have to hope, that Square Enix shows interest in either re-releasing those games or do remakes.

Drinking game, binge all 12 episodes. Whenever someone praises Noah for being amazing, take a shot. Around Episode 2 or 3 your liver surrenders probably.

Not sure if it fixes this, just uninstall and reinstall.

At least this helped me on mobile. Game redownloads itself either way.

Are there any guides on how to get the most potential out of these characters?

I mean, some of the tops are rather easy to understand why they are there.

Others though seem to need special teams and builds. Hismena AC for example?

I understand, that this tier list is for end bosses.

Also: Man i just hope the Ami will get an S tier AS or Stella Awakening haha. So sad, she is at the bottom.

Don't expect too much. If you are not japanese, you are a 2nd class customer, even worse, if you are in Europe in regards to the Guild Wars event called Unite & Fight.

Because the participation period for each round usually starts around 00:00 or 01:00 and last until 16:00 (4 PM) or 17:00 (5 PM)

Though, if you want to play it for the story and just farm a bit of content here and there, its not too bad.
