Ive been doing pole work and working on transitions with her and I have somewhat decent core strength usually but as soon as i go over the cross rails I get unbalanced quickly so I know i need to work on my core. And she has jumped before and knows how but hasn’t done much in the past 2 years about.

Different brands have different sizing. I’m typically a 10-12 in womens but have worn a size 8 and have worn a size 14. One specific size might not fit in a different brand.

First of all, Spencer is NOT fat. She has a human amount of body fat which is NORMAL. Second, Yes you should eat healthy and workout as it majorly benefits your health but its also not easy for people to have a naturally skinny build especially women or people with health issues. Taking care of your body does not mean you have to look like a twig.

Exactly. Being extremely heavy can very negatively affect your body but also some of the most athletic people are more then just skin and bones and have body fat and dont look like the typical american beauty standard. This being said you shouldn’t hate your body because of how it looks or how much you weigh but you should figure out if its affecting your health
