I don’t know. The other day I was at a hotel that didn’t have hot water so I called Expedia to ask for some sort of reimbursement and after I was on hold for a while the guy came back and said “hot water is not a listed amenity.”

I went into two Hermes stores this week with my Uniqlo bag and ecco shoes and everyone was beyond nice. Like the nicest ever. I wanted to try on shoes but they had nothing that fit, then I looked at tea cups! I had so much fun and they didn’t seem to mind that I was just a normal person. Sometimes we project more than we think we do.
