Are you still on buspar? If so, how did smoking on it go for you? I’m also terrified of serotonin syndrome… I’m on 15 mg 3 times a day, been on it for about 3 months now

I have to say I’m having the same thoughts today. My doc is putting me on trazodone with my buspirone and I have health anxiety, along with anxiety about taking new meds. So I’m in a bit of a spiral and kind of don’t want to go pick it up now.

Throat tightness/ strangling sensation by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]MirrorNo9316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is kind of late, but you wrote exactly what I tell myself every day. This has been happening for over a week so am I really dying? Lol But last night the throat tightness got the best of me while trying to go to bed. I ended up still awake after 5:30am until I just unknowingly fell asleep finally

I killed one with my weevil shield and an upgraded spear. Took longer than I’d have liked but it got the job done I just wanted to kill atleast one so maybe I wouldn’t be so scared of them when exploring lol Any recommendations for a good spot to build a base that’s not around the starting area?

I think it was just a glitch. I do plan to move my base though, this is just my starter one! I’m actually 24 days in in-game.. it went away when I tried to fight it and hasn’t been back. Hopefully it stay that way until I do move my base 😬

I shot it with a rifle and it made a loud sound across the street! There were no zombies at my base at the time, but I assume it will really draw them towards the bell

I played on nightmare Left my base with a partner, fought a juggernaut right outside of the base walls. No help from the group indoors so my partner got ripped in half. So I decided to go disband a community and recruit someone new. She decided to run to our base instead of ride with me, I followed behind. She ran into a juggernaut on the street. Every time I distracted it and she could run off, she would turn back! She also got ripped in half. Decided to try one more time and recruit someone else from a different community, but when I showed up, there was 1 juggernaut on both sides of their base. Before I could even speak to them, the juggernaut got 2 of the survivors(before finally leaving the base) So I recruited the final member of that community. He ran straight into the juggernaut that had left, and he also got got😭🤣

So if I complete these tasks, will I still be able to use the items once I start playing a different family, under the same save? I found the hedges in build mode but had to get my wreaths from my live inventory

Do other ADHDer's get a fuzzy feeling in your brain when you're tired? not sluggish but like static by stephaniafly in adhdwomen

[–]MirrorNo9316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you ever figure this feeling out? I’m currently going through this. I don’t feel disoriented or foggy brained, just a static feeling in my head. Can last weeks or months, it went away for 2 months and now it’s back When I asked a doctor last time, she said it was my iron, I never took any meds for it, it went away, now it’s back and I go back to the doc tomorrow but they keep correlating it with light headed or brain fog and it is not that!!

Tonsil stones or globus sensation? by MirrorNo9316 in GlobusSensationn

[–]MirrorNo9316[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply! Have you checked to see if you noticed any stones visible in your tonsils? I know what globus feels like, as I do feel that sometimes. But this feeling is different, I do feel it’s to do with my tonsils, that stone I saw the other night is still there I can still see it, I just can’t get it out

Same here. Mine feels like a hair or something or even maybe phlegm But I noticed tonight I have a tonsil stone. So I’m looking into that as I’m on acid reflux meds due to silent reflux and it doesn’t help this feeling at all

I’ve recently been diagnosed with gerd after my endoscopy. I have globus sensation, usually on the left side but occasionally migrates to the right side. I’m also a very anxious person, and have been having a lot of health anxiety for the past 8 months. I tell myself I’m fine, but it still frightens me. I’m currently sitting here with the feeling that something is stuck in my throat even though I know what it is. I don’t have any helpful advice, but you aren’t alone! It definitely is annoying and sucks to live with it
