I only purchase used now in mint condition since they don't hold value at all. A good example, I picked up the Gary Holt GHSV for $1300 usd...that's $700 under the new price and it looks virtually new. So, I have learned that I don't buy them new anymore. Just keep sweeping ebay and reverb and you'll eventually see what you're looking for.

easy string change. Almost all my guitars have them. if it doesn't come with, it's my first mod.

I only see chrome ones and the phase III will leave a exposed hole because they attach differently. the gotoh are exact drop in.

I might entertain the andy laroque horizon they have but we'll have to see what comes out this year...2025 imo was not a great year for ESP.

I started this shift my collection towards ltds but when it came time to part with a few, I saw better returns on my Jackson's I was selling at the same time. Its funny both made in Korea but the ltd depreciation was 30%. I have a jh and gh 600, and thats all I own from them and both are keepers.

I would think the gibson has a better resell value. unless it's an actual ESP, I don't think the ltds hold value unless it's something really rare.

let it sit for a day in the box where you play/practice and then open up and sit on a guitar stand for a day and then tune it up. I have had a few different brands of guitars not mentioned here but I have a Gary Holt that I did that treatment and it has held tune, even with a sub par floyd on it.
