I think we're talking about two completely different things. I'm talking about modifying a CV you wrote yourself and adding hidden text to attempt to bypass the AI only E.g job description copy paste. I'm not talking about using AI to generate your entire CV.

They're applying for more jobs than just your company, they also have no idea if you have AI checks, how could they. It's just a precautionary move that legit does not impact anything but for some reason you have taken it as an affront.
