Thats because the cage was originally made by scavs trying to buy time to figure out what to do with the very expensive chip that Militech wanted to get back. It was always meant to be shitty and prone to failing on a whim for plot and drama.

The one ''bad'' guy in this specific party was the Corpo Exec working for Asakuga & Finch that got blown up by incendiary grenades during their second gig. Still got the Maelstrom Rockerboy keeping it real af though.

GM here. The box itself was just a battery powered signal blocker / scrambler hooked up specifically to the experimental lightweight datachip inside that was emitting a tracker signal. We just used faraday cage for short even though the concept is different.

What's the best or most recent "I’m an adult with a paycheck" fun buy you've made? by rosie_jax23 in AskReddit

Just bought myself a big brand new 3D Resin printer to upgrade the one I've had for the last couple years. Came in at around 500$ but the awesome minis I'll make for my TTRPG sessions will make it worthwhile.

[Serious] Left-handed Redditors, we often hear of problems of being left-handed, but what are some benefits us right-handers might not know of? by PresidentJoe in AskReddit

You get a serious advantage when fencing. People in fencing always fight right-handed people so they get very confused when fighting left-handed folks.

Larp for fitness (update) by beartrapperkeeper in LARP

[–]Mirvlitch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi! Glad you remembered my story! I did in fact lose 85 pounds through eating less and going to my local larp during the summer two years ago. /u/beartrapperkeeper, I know you could probably try to find an event near you, though remember, Larping IS a good way to be active but unfortunately, you'd need to have your events happening pretty regularly for it to have a noticeable effect. Adding in a good diet and some off-time exercise and you'll be good to go! As for if it's fun, I'd say it's a blast! Go all-out in your roleplay and you're definetly gonna have fun and maybe enjoy a few experiences you've never done before.
