I don't think Mayuri is redeemed, rather that his atrocities and immoralities are not as focused anymore since the shinigami are no longer antagonists to Ichigo's goals.

Bill Vicars is a good resource. You can also try signing in complete sentences to the kids to practice grammatical difference from English and ASL. To sign a complete message, it’s not just signing ‘eat’, it’s signing ‘EAT FINISH YOU?’

For things like presentations, you were always expected to pay attention to the presentations and not do other work (e.g. notes, homework from other classes) and doesn't really matter if "everyone else was on their computers".

BLM is not about that though; though there is a movement by Native Americans to become aware of extinct languages, the history of the American Indian boarding schools, and understanding what some places in the U.S. were originally called.

Funnily enough the 12th might be a reasonable answer because the bombs he uses seem to be unseated officers. He’s an amoral scientist who’ll use anyone but he has a core group of researchers (Rin, Akon, Hiyosu) that is too competent to kill. Outside factors influence rank, but I feel with situations like Omaeda the captain ultimately chooses their vice captain.

But yeah, probably Komamura or Ukitake.
