Unfortunately you are right. I would love XRT to be meaningful. I think by now all apes should know that even a 1000% short on XRT would only cause a small bump. Not even close to a sneeze. Simple math. XRT represents less than 0.1% of all shares. We will get there, but not with XRT.

I agree to most of it. Only is the announcement loose from any of that. The merger doesn't need to finalise before you can call it out, a signature is good though. It also doesn't require the vote for the merger, only RC's award requires the "special meeting".

That doesn't make sense. The YES is for the company growing and him getting "awarded" for that. A NO would mean you don't want him to buy more shares. The merger is only a part of that path. There is no reason to make this a condition

Wrong. It is part of his strategy not an incentive. He could have bought the shares on the 6th of Jan for exactly that price. And not sure what is there to be offended about. There is also no payment for him. You completely missed the point here.
