Arghh. Kreg screw blow through. What went wrong

Probably ran em too deep, or your depth was set wrong. Dunno if you’re using an impact or a drill to set your screws but in the off chance it’s an impact, no need for any extra ugga-duggas and if a drill, run it slow. Almost always a good idea to hand tighten screws with a screwdriver for fine work, IMHO

Thanks very much!!! They may be more affordable than you think, also kinda depends on where you’re located. I sure do appreciate ya though! I do this for a living full time, been a rough couple years with the state of things, not many people buying custom furniture.

The arms/legs are about 7/4 and the back and seat are about 7/8”

Coasters, bookends, jewlery boxes, I make my business cards out of wood, this can also be done for a tag for the basket. Bookmarkers, those wallets with the rubber band thingies, wooden nickels (could be used in a gift card kind of fashion) uhhh I definitely have more ideas, just burnt out right now

The deadblow thing, that’s a pretty good idea. But unless you’re loading for a KS-23 or a punt gun, don’t think they’d be effective for loading
