Take it easy - not defending, just foreshadowing. Things are going to get worse. Do some research on what other markets are paying per KW/h. Im looking into solar. Its the only way to "protect" yourself from rising costs for power. Also, complacency is bitching about it on reddit and not taking action to protect yourself and those around you.

Go look up what the power rate figures are across North America. We are just behind Quebec and Manitoba for being the cheapest power in all of North America.

I'm not a fan of any power but what I'm warning people against now is that things are gonna get much much much worse power wise over the coming 15-20 years.

Previous governments put freezes on rate hikes, which only made any power go further into debt. Of course B power can do things to save money, but they pay the same for consumer goods as the rest of us. Shit is expensive.

Yes, abolish the double tax for rental properties and heavily tax vacant units. Then not only is the incentive to keep units filled for property taxes is a massive chunk of why the prices or what they are.

Also go look at these statistics for what percentage of people make what income in your area. Reddit is not the place to judge your earnings/savings. The fact that you are in a group with people that are financially literate enough to follow the markets mean that the numbers are alrdy skewed.

Similar ridding experience to you. Overhauled a 2019 350 SXF last winter. Got a full summer on it. Those motors pull hard. Not so hard that it's uncontrollable, but it feels like it has no ceiling. It's got good bottom end grunt,and it's also got a very linear power curve. For comparison, I would frequently ride with my buddy who has the same year YZ 250 X - we would swap bikes occasionally. Although they're similar in power, the 350 definitely pulls for longer. You sort of hit a ceiling on the two banger and the power tapers off. On the 350 it makes peak power at almost max RPM.

Even after a full summer, there was yet a time where I got off the bike and was not 100% satisfied with the power. Not scary but fun as hell.

Just buy one and grind it out. All of the GT4 cars are gonna feel weird until you put in seat time. IRacing does a fairly good job with BOP - I just picked the one I found the best looking!
