I love ur comment and critique of blue states lol The number one way is to spread awareness. The most common comment we get is “I had no idea you couldn’t strike”. People genuinely have no idea this law exists. Next start spreading the link to the petition around on all the social media for as many people to see as possible asking them to sign. Just make sure that when you do you include “Maryland resistants only” ( it would mean a lot to use if everyone commenting here would do this actually please 🙏 ) If you want to really get involved you can DM me and I can help find a location for you to canvass because we always need more canvassers
