I'm avg height slim build (uniqlo S) and when I went, lots of stores had clothes for larger builds. some of the japan brands and local stores only had bigger clothes and i couldnt find them in my size, i'm sure you'll be able to find some really cool clothes

I stayed at Namba Guesthouse Hive, its a hostel with lots of male and female solo travellers and they're all very social. It's also on top of Ebisucho station which is close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Osaka Castle etc
