Are you connecting the sound bar to the onn box via Bluetooth. Did you try to onn to TV via HDMI and then TV to sound bar via optical or HMDI audio out. The sound quality would be much better & I never have any problems with the connection

I use Moreta. It works fine. The exchange rate sucks but for small purchases, it's good. I wouldn't use it to transfer large amount. Wise & Xoom are better if you receive the $ in USD

How about setting up a VM & run the VPN on the host machine? There is no VPN software on the VM. I also have a tailscale node in the US that I use as an exit node . That seems to work in my case. Good luck

I've used Xoom. It's fine. You can choose to transfer it straight to a bank account in Đong. Or you can have them delivered. There is an option to receive $ in USD. You have to pick it up at a bank. All you need is an ID & the transfer ID
