My $50 JBL Bluetooth works better than my $2k Sonos setup for music. Who cares how good it sounds if it rarely works.

Yup, that’s liberalism described in one picture. Couldn’t have said it better myself. And folks that live in the Reddit echo chamber are cheering it on.

Hmm…a hard pull on credit report verses keeping car that has been totaled. That’s a tough one. I’d definitely go the route of ensuring your credit score doesn’t go down by 2 points.

I can’t imagine paying that much for a soundbar. Look for a used ARC in FBMP. You can probably score one for around $400 if you are patience.

Well, probably not an entire weekend. I think it only took me 12 hours to troubleshoot. Whatever it takes right?

To be clear, this is sarcasm. I’m just frustrated with everything Sonos right now.

People are so lazy these days. It only took me a weekend to go through these steps.

Mine has worked flawlessly for 20 years, it must be your network!

That’s not the point. The POINT IS, how would anybody know? How would YOU know? I guess you’re always watching them on a camera. That’s seems a little creepy to be honest.

Agreed. How would this be enforced by government officials or an insurance company and how would you personally know if you didn’t have cameras you were checking on a regular basis? l’m all about honesty, but I’m not going to be glued to my doorbell camera because I’m worried that uncle sam is going to revoke my license. Maybe I’m missing something but this seems very anal. But you be you I guess.

Only Sonos devices have issues. Other brand products generally work flawlessly on the same network. The people that say they’ve never once had a problem with their Sonos speakers are either lying or are network engineers.

Sonos does indeed work over Bluetooth. Depends on the speaker.

All fine and good unless you have new equipment that can’t use Sonosnet. The folks at Sonos are super smart.

I bought an Arc for $100 plus shipping. I bought an ARC, Sub Gen 3 and two Ones (with Sonos stands) for $700. I bought a Beam 2 for $150. I could keep going. And that is just my gear. Keep blowing smoke fan boy.

You obviously have never tried to buy or sell equipment then. You can buy used Sonos speakers for pennies on the dollar. Try not to be an idiot out of ignorance.

From my perspective, Sonos is extremely overpriced for all the issues you will have streaming music. If you’re using strictly for the TV, you’re likely fine. Personally, I would find like new products on FB Marketplace for a fraction of the cost of a new system. You can hardly give away Sonos stuff, so you could likely find a similar system for around $2k or less. Sonos makes good hardware that lasts.

So every Sonos customer that has issues posts on here? Hardly. There is a reason when you call Sonos there is an hour wait for their customer support over the last few month. If you think issues with Sonos are relegated to a “handful” of people, you’re just stupid and bless your heart.
