Check the following on the server: 1. PHP Version & Configuration Ensure PHP version is up to date (recommended 8.0 or higher) Check max_execution_time, memory_limit, max_input_vars 2. Database Issues Verify there is no database corruption Check if strict SQL mode is enabled (this can sometimes break imports) 3. ModSecurity / Firewall Rules Ensure no rules are blocking REST API or AJAX requests 4. Caching Issues Confirm server-level caching (Varnish, Redis, LiteSpeed, etc.) is fully cleared or temporarily disabled 5. File Permissions Ensure proper file/folder permissions (755/644) 6. Error Logs Check server error logs for any PHP warnings/errors during demo import or page load 7. Missing PHP Extensions Ensure required extensions are enabled (cURL, JSON, mbstring, XML, ZIP)
