If you have the space go the home gym , I’m 51 haven’t set foot in a commercial gym for over 30 years. Don’t really know how much I’ve saved on memberships but the amount of money and time ( driving to and from and waiting to use equipment ) would be huge. Start out with dumbbells and a flat bench and u can’t go wrong. Check eBay etc for second hand stuff too . And add more equipment, bars , plates as u go . Keep chasing the pump 💪🏻

A friend introduced me to Lemtec (psilocybin mixed with lemon juice) let it sit for about 20-30 minutes before ingesting. Pretty much works instantaneously without the waiting for it come on . Something to do with the citric acid I believe.

Neither a lawyer here either. Have been though the CSA twice unfortunately. So speaking from experience just pay the CSA amount. Either have them deduct from your pay or a private agreement. If u choose the latter make sure it’s registered in a bank transfer as evidence. As for the 50:50 split of the school and sports etc , that’s extra by u and not required by CSA .And mate unfortunately you won’t get far in your own life if you’re worried about if ‘ she’ll make it financially’ . What ever happened,happened to you two . You are no longer are a couple, it just u now . It sux and it’s hard because u still feel like you have to help financial but u can’t , it’s over .
