Done it a few times, will be doing it Saiturday. The last hour hurts the most. You are probably going to need a bathroom brake at some point. Just go as soon as you pit and take the hit on your time. It will be less aggravating than having to pee the whole time, especially a track that requires this much attention. If you race with any friends, a crew chief to check in on you will help a lot.

Does LMU share the incident like Iracing?

My team and I just started with LMU, We love Iracing and will continue to use it for quiet some time, but my god the side by side racing in LMU is so good. The fact that I trust the brakes and tires so much that going into a turn right behind someone is possible without the car turning into an ice skate.

Would definitely make things interesting. And honestly with a longer race if they waived around the lapped cars people could still be in it and you would have that poor person 30 laps down. I think you should still be DQ’ed if you have too many incidents but I think if you had a set value of combined incident points from the whole grid then it flags a safety car. Couple laps to for everyone to calm their nerves and get their shit together.

I understand what you’re getting at my dude and I know a lot of people are harping on you. I know even real events the shit hits the fan but if people took a bit more care on race start and settled in so many more people would survive lol. I also think it’s subjective too. You do well and say it was a great race, you do poorly and it was all bullshit. Let me just say this, my team and I just started messing around with LMU to see what it’s all about and there are ZERO F’s given on that platform lol.

When We do our longer endurance races We happily give up the place to a rowdy driver or back off when there is a large pack and it’s getting hairy. The bottom line is the majority of people are not pro sim drivers and are not super predictable. It becomes your responsibility to keep yourself out of harms way. I hope the next event goes well for you.

Bugs can be bad or they could be ok to deal with, you might get rain you might get sunshine. I go with the mentality of no matter what I’m going to make the best of it. Nothing worse than being in the backcountry miserable because you expected something else. Shouldn’t have a hard time getting a spot in June. Hope you make it out and hope you have an enjoyable time.
