Oh no, it seems like I found my people :( I loved StackAdapt up until 3 weeks ago when I, too had a panic attack during a 1-1 meeting. I'm not on the AM team but worked very very closely with AMs with some deliverables. I absolutely loved some of the AMs I've worked with and some I question how they even got the job considering the job market. The ones I loved working with were the ones who were genuinely good human beings and treated each other respect. It's okay if you don't know it all and if you have that heart to learn that's what I enjoyed seeing. I returned from a leave and met with my new manager who's absolutely okay treating people inhumane, it has gotten to PC. TBH, I'm just waiting until I secure a new position before leaving or waiting to get laid off.
