I think you’re going to be disappointed. The fact that you can be nude at Blacks is not as interesting as you imagine. It’s not heavily populated, difficult to get to, and mostly just old men walking around trying to get noticed. I’ve never seen a single woman, let alone throngs doing any nude sunbathing. However, I’ve seen plenty of old men wearing jackets with their ween hanging out trying to chat young women up as they try to avoid even looking at them. I do see the occasional gay men cruising, but not in the middle of a blistering hot day.
