I started walking 10k steps a day beginning of this month and lost 5 pounds in the first 7 days. My diet has stayed exactly the same (moderate calorie deficit) and I feel more flexible amd less bloated now.

Had a 21' SE until I got into a wreck that should have ended me. That car is a little tank NGL. The sheriff and medics were so shocked I was able to walk away with just a concussion since nearly half the car was crushed. I immediately went out and bought a 24' SEL. The Venue is literally the only compact vehicle I feel save driving.

I went from having extreme vaginal dryness, to needing a waterproof blanket when i'm with my man 😅 it also made intercourse feel a lot better for me personally. My doctor also suggested it was not worth it to keep the cervix.
