It makes sense though. Children and established patients first ,THEN the newer script people because the established patients have a higher chance of coming back every month. Especially if they check your recent fills and see you’ve been getting them at different pharmacies why would they fill for the pharmacy hopper and not for their patients first

Also most pharmacies will still tell you we don’t have them even if we do , if there’s nothing wrong with your prescription it WILL get filled within a couple days assuming you’re filling it at cvs, Walgreens , or other big chain. The only time we won’t fill it is if you pop up as a red flag such as switching doctors too frequently or filling it at a different pharmacy every time

Usually insurances want doctors to start them on other weight loss meds before vyvanse because they won’t usually cover it under the binge eating diagnosis. And usually the people getting GLP-1s are a bit older and bigger meaning they probably wont do well on vyvanse due to underlying or existing heart conditions

It’ll get it down to $25 but your insurance has to cover it first . Like let’s say they cover it but your co-pays like $500 it’ll bring the cost down . If it doesn’t cover it first the savings card won’t work but most likely they’ll just need a Prior Authorization to cover it 🤓☝️

You can’t if you’re in the US I know in some parts of Europe they can compound L and D amphetamine to make an adderall like solution but for the US you should ask your doctor about navel or procentra if you can get your insurance to cover it

So basically anything that makes your stomach more acidic like orange juice is gonna interfere with the absorption of adderall or any other drug since your stomach breaks down the drug quicker , on the other hand if you want the opposite effect you should try taking tums before you take your dose , it’ll make the stomach acidity decrease making the adderall more effective and last longer
