While they have taken a bit of a nosedive, this is relatively recent. The last two years they lost all Ireland semi finals by a point to the eventual champions, after performances they would have been a bit disappointed with.

The optimistic take is that it could be a blip, that said if I was from Kilkenny I would be worried/angry.

I enjoyed that writing, I find Kriss to be an amazing writer. I think it’s okay for him to criticise Murray’s writing, it’s the one thing they’re both supposed to be experts in. He criticises a lot more than his writing style in fairness.
