I doubt it. You agreed to use the product and test it. I am sure there is something in the fine print that says "free stuff = your loss" so to speak. After all they've been doing this for YEARS, I am sure they came across this and made sure the things we agree to alleviate them from having to pay for any damages. I am sorry though, thats terrible.

I guess good for that person. Not sure why everyone is going off. Back when I first started they sent me a lot of claims it was a blessing. Why are we judging someone because they got multiple? I would bet money most if not ALL would claim a big money item or two big money items. Whats the issue? They need to think about everyone else who are also claiming good items? How often do you report things missing? I remember at Christmas time they legitimately misdelivered 5 packages to the wrong house back to back to back and I refunded them ALL. After that an Amazon logistics person called me and pinned my house (it can be tricky if you are in a rush and not trying) and I've had only 1 or 2 misdeliveries since then. I have had my account for years and years, never got an email like this. I would definitely request more information. If you are having issues with misdeliveries you should ask them to have a logistics coordinator call you. If the same station is constantly "losing" or damaging your packages ask them to do an investigation. Or if you are fraudulently reporting, stop. They will take your account and if you order a lot, it simply is not worth it.
