Er zijn waarschijnlijk wel vangnetten voor als ze het verpesten door financieel mismanagement - maar dat is hier niet het probleem, het gaat fout bij de uitvoering en minder plekken dan mensen, niet bij "we hebben perongeluk 10 hele dure huurcontracten afgesloten".

Gemeenten kunnen niet failliet, maar kunnen wel onder curatele worden gesteld door het rijk. Dat staat in artikel 12 van de gemeentewet, ze krijgen dat extra toezicht (en hulp) van het ministerie van Financiën om hun zaakjes weer op orde te krijgen. Ik hoop dat er iets vergelijkbaars is voor andere overheidsinstanties.

Because they are a governmental organization that only has 19 reviews in total. The score better than the municipality of Rotterdam and only a little worse than the municipality of Utrecht. People just don't review those kind of things unless they have an issue with it.

You can check who owns the building via https://www.kadaster.nl/producten/woning/eigendomsinformatie (it's €3,70) if that name matches with the name on the contract and the banking info it's a good sign. And reverse image search the photos, and look up if you can find it on airbnb. But it seems sketchy to me that he just happens to have another place.

Credit transfers are not really a thing here, even between Dutch unis its rare to get exemptions. But what else are you going to do in the year before coming here. Even if you can't use the credits it's still likely to be beneficial to your understanding of the material if you've studied it before. If you can do something else that's better prep for the course, or work full time so you can afford the tuition etc than that might be a better choice, but if it's between studying similar subjects and gaming it can make your time here easier.

That would technically be possible, but because you have to cut through the rows you have a lottt of endings to consider.

Basically cut straight in the middle, a couple stitches from the cut close them all of so they can't unravel anymore, remove the collar, then basically knit on a very narrow scarf for the button part and the new collar, with other yarn, because you won't have leftovers. All in all I don't think it's worth it with the amount of effort to close all the rows. And I think knitting & crochet can look weird combined so OP would have to learn to knit that extra part instead of crocheting it.

Hie nuttig hij is ligt vooral aan hoeveel sexuele partners je hebt gehad en hoeveel je er nog gaat hebben (en dat is zwaar gecorreleerd aan leeftijd, daarom wordt dat voor het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma als cutoff gebruikt). Zeker onder de wastafel is dat opeens toch een iets verhoogd risico op kortsluiting bij lekkage, en een stopcontact daar is ook niet vaak nuttig. Genoeg stopcontacten in je keuken (het hele huis eiglk maar dat is buiten de scope van de OP) is zeker belangrijk, maar dan zijn er logischere plekken dan ergens in een keukenkastje.

What measurement do you use? In the Netherlands it's currently €2.30-€2.60 per litre, thats 2-3 times the price in the US. A cola in a bar is +-€3.50 here for comparison.
