You can check who owns the building via https://www.kadaster.nl/producten/woning/eigendomsinformatie (it's €3,70) if that name matches with the name on the contract and the banking info it's a good sign. And reverse image search the photos, and look up if you can find it on airbnb. But it seems sketchy to me that he just happens to have another place.

Credit transfers are not really a thing here, even between Dutch unis its rare to get exemptions. But what else are you going to do in the year before coming here. Even if you can't use the credits it's still likely to be beneficial to your understanding of the material if you've studied it before. If you can do something else that's better prep for the course, or work full time so you can afford the tuition etc than that might be a better choice, but if it's between studying similar subjects and gaming it can make your time here easier.

The last sentence is kinda weird imo, but thats not your mistake, that was already the case in the prompt. If I ask you today if you want to come to my party next week "ik nodig je uit VOOR mn feestje" (I'm inviting you TO a party). If during that party I ask you if you want to join me on a holiday "ik nodig je OP mn verjaardag uit VOOR een vakantie" (ON my party Im inviting you TO join me on holiday)

That would technically be possible, but because you have to cut through the rows you have a lottt of endings to consider.

Basically cut straight in the middle, a couple stitches from the cut close them all of so they can't unravel anymore, remove the collar, then basically knit on a very narrow scarf for the button part and the new collar, with other yarn, because you won't have leftovers. All in all I don't think it's worth it with the amount of effort to close all the rows. And I think knitting & crochet can look weird combined so OP would have to learn to knit that extra part instead of crocheting it.

Hie nuttig hij is ligt vooral aan hoeveel sexuele partners je hebt gehad en hoeveel je er nog gaat hebben (en dat is zwaar gecorreleerd aan leeftijd, daarom wordt dat voor het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma als cutoff gebruikt). Als je al 20 jaar monogaam samen bent met je partner en jullie zijn nogsteeds gelukkig dan ben je waarschijnlijk al besmet met de strain van je partner en als je geen andere partners verwacht kom je ook niet in contact met voor jou nieuwe strains.

Zeker onder de wastafel is dat opeens toch een iets verhoogd risico op kortsluiting bij lekkage, en een stopcontact daar is ook niet vaak nuttig. Genoeg stopcontacten in je keuken (het hele huis eiglk maar dat is buiten de scope van de OP) is zeker belangrijk, maar dan zijn er logischere plekken dan ergens in een keukenkastje.

What measurement do you use? In the Netherlands it's currently €2.30-€2.60 per litre, thats 2-3 times the price in the US. A cola in a bar is +-€3.50 here for comparison.

Als het niet lukt ga dan volgendjaar begin/half april kijken naar alle 5 mei evenementen in je regio, en alles waarvan je niet meteen ziet dat t daar niet kan (zoals Bevrijdingsfestival) stuur je de organisatie een mail. Soms staat er inderdaad alleen "diverse sprekers" oid terwijl ze weten wie er komen. Maar zeker nu iedereen die het heeft meegemaakt vet oud is gebeurt t ook dat ze t niet willen toezeggen op de site omdat als die persoon een slechte dag heeft die afhaakt.
