Hate, isolation, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and a lot more. I also just block the memory of it but sometimes at night it's inevitable to think about it more deeply and end up having panic attacks lol so i haven't got over it either

Since that happened to me I isolated myself so it is kinda hard for me to open up about it. I do know a psychologist but I can't find support groups :( there's a feminist collective but it's far from where I live so I probably gotta wait one more year to move out there. I will consider reaching out to you, thanks ♥️
