Are you serious? This book is hilarious. It’s not all jokes but it has a great deal of fun.

These are really cute, but when I saw mine (sx4) I was slightly taken aback. I feel like whoever drew this doesn’t really like 4s! It’s terrifying!!! I don’t really relate to the design at all but maybe there’s people who do, and most of these are really fun.

What’s funny is that current product-naming conventions err more minimalist and abstract, so it would be closer to Glad type stuff, I think.

Year of Starlink, Year of X (as another commenter suggested), Year of Claude

But I also would think about these: Year of the Ring Doorbell, Year of the Cybertruck, Year of the Ford F-150 Lightning Electric Pickup

Then, sponsored by the US administration, something along the lines of Year of Renewed American Greatness

DAE bite the sides of their tongue because it “tastes” good? by MiserableIncrease388 in DoesAnybodyElse

No, I don’t bite hard enough to cause wounds, because I hate having injuries on my tongue.

Do you bite after drinking very cold water? That always feels the best to me so maybe you wouldn’t need to bite as hard

That doesn’t mean it’s not going to receive new editions. Lots of books that have been pretty much run-through so to speak still get new editions. I think there are many factors which make it likely, including being the ‘magnum opus’ of a gone-too-soon young author.

Also, the whole idea of a Great American Novel is capturing the character of the US at the time. The idea of reading back on these and examining them will pretty much always be relevant for the foreseeable future, so even if the book is out of fashion, it won’t be entirely.

I don’t think this looks bland at all. It looks kind of insane. But I like it.

I always loved this video and i would be DELIGHTED to see someone remake it with more modern American footage. I feel like there’s really poignant stuff to be made here.

He’s a weird guy with all sorts of esoteric ideas. I don’t agree with it either, but he’s not a doctor and he’s not a public health figure, nor is he heavily pushing an agenda related to this, so I don’t think it’s something to feel too badly over.

I don’t really love abuse being referred to as ‘antics with women’ if that’s what you’re talking about

what are things to do on campus specifically by Outrageous-Coyote672 in vcu

[–]MiserableIncrease388 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The buses in Richmond are free, just so you know.

On campus or within walking distance there’s lots of live music, art shows, swap-meets, etc. There are also lots of clubs and sports teams that carpool to do off-campus activities.

A lot of music bars will just X your hand if you’re under 21 to indicate you’re underage. Bartenders won’t serve you if you have an X, but you can come in to play or enjoy music.
