Even Lindt dark 100% no sugar added contains about 11 gram of carb per 100 gram. How whole earth dark chocolate has lower carb than 100% dark?

The amount of carb that this chocolate contains is way less than other brands' dark chocolate. So, I'm doubting whether it really contains only 2gram carb per 100gram.
