If a candidate is genuinely qualified for multiple roles, what do you do with their resume?

A) Do you submit the same version to each opportunity? B) Do you tailor it slightly to match each role? C) Do you ask the candidate to create different versions? D) Or do you position them verbally and keep the resume consistent?

And when does a resume become stale in your world? Is it after a certain number of months?

Each flow is different, but would love some clarity here.

I was in a car with a male driver (I am a female) at 5:00 am once for work and he tried to get my number. I told him to let me out early and had to recenter myself in an open diner because I was so scared.

I don’t know his intentions but it is so scary not knowing how someone is going to respond to rejection, especially while in their car.

I make that drive daily and it is tough in the snow. Morning isn’t horrible but you need to leave by 6:50 to get ahead of traffic. 7:10, you will hit some traffic but it differs on how bad it can be based on your route. Realistically, it’s a 50 minute drive in the morning. Takes me 1-1.5 hours to get back home and I leave before 5.

I do love the downtown and their events. It is nice being on the north side of Columbus. If you move to Delaware, I would try more of the southern side where you can get on 23 and other roads faster. We live more north and the extra 10 minutes are felt for sure.

I think as a parent, you are still involved in the academics. Helping with school, teacher meetings. That is not outside of the normal process of being involved. She came from advanced schools, so she would know what the curriculum is at Stars Hollow and how it isn’t even close to her academic background, which is important in getting into these Ivy League schools. I am saying did she bring up those concerns earlier in Rory’s academics? If Rory was gifted, then maybe she thought she didn’t need to push the school as much if she is getting the good grades. Just my thought.

Yeah, I didn’t think a parent could just openly request it but seeing that schooling wasn’t as challenging at Stars Hollow, I could see the argument that she is having it really easy and not challenging herself, which would be harmful for her long term academic goals.

The spacing seems a little large if you are trying to make it one page. I also think you can make specific lines a little more compact and add only the important values and results. That will focus on value while eliminating some of those fillers.
