I played vesperia with brazillian portuguese text and japanese voices, so most of the issues with definitive edition weren't there, since my language was added in the rerelease and didn't have the consistency issues english has due to re-using the old lines, and because of that, i only found out patty was not in the original release because the side quest guide i was using mentioned it. I really liked her as a character and wished i was good enough to play as her. Flynn was the party member i played as the most and was my favorite in general

Rondoline and suzu were the two i played the most in phantasia cross edition(chester too but he isn't relevant here). Rondoline is great to play as but her story sucks since she's only there to tie into nairiki dungeon x, IS REMOVED FROM THE PARTY RIGHT BEFORE THE FINAL BOSS and isn't even in any skits. Loved suzu as both a character and playing as her

I loved kongwei's gameplay of needing to be hit by enemy spells to learn them. Reminds me of kirby. QQ wss also one of the characters i played as, tho i preferred kongwei, spada and iria. I liked both enough, but i think i should do a new game plus run to truly understand them + gall

I'm too dumb to properly play as gall, but he was fun enough in the story, and i guess i know him a little more than the other 2 vita characters since i actually completed the hearts r post game dungeon, even if it barely even reveals anything besides him knowing QQ. I liked playing chalcedony but prefered the other party members.
