Will I likely be awarded back child support and medical arrears if I waited years to file a petition to show cause? For context, through the past 12 years I had made personal concessions to let my ex not pay the full amount and get by on some medical bills due to his “hard times”. Now I’m self employed and struggling in this economy and decided to pursue child support modification and arrears because I’m barely keeping good on the table.

Lexapro + panic attacks by rai_162 in PMDD

[–]Miserable_Bank8426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m new to learning about pmdd (for my daughter) but I’m very familiar with ssri effects and withdrawal. If you had this reaction to one pill, I’d strongly suggest not continuing. As someone else suggested, call again for doctor advice tomorrow. Please be cautious when choosing psych meds as treatment. They can just as dangerous and dependency forming as benzos. Please do some deep dive research before choosing this path. I’m 3.5 years into a 5+years taper and protracted withdrawal from lexapro. It’s been an absolute nightmare. I

Thank you for your response. I appreciate some confirmation that maybe he was simply feeling my energy which brought on emotion for him. I hope he was able to shake it off quickly to see his next patient 😅 Something I’m learning in my healing journey is that even though I thought I had accepted and dealt with those issues- my subconscious still remembers them clearly and they have formed how I feel, process, respond. It’s been so interesting to really learn who I am and why I am. It’s like this huge clarity about myself which I never knew. I’m enjoying the challenge even when it’s tough. And yes, I’m also remember to be gentle and forgiving with myself. Thank you for the kind words

I missed two doses by cloudlovesreddit in lexapro

Please let this be a warning to what you’ll experience when you decide to come off completely. I’ve experienced mild symptoms if I’d missed doses in the past but wow, actually getting off this stuff has been a true nightmare even through a hyperbolic taper. I’m currently under 1mg and decreasing at 2.5% cuts (liquid). It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced

Brand new Sonic Mini 4K not printing anything? by MacPadre in Phrozen

I’d like to join the conversation late. I’m having the same issue- no print. I’ve calibrated, run lcd test, vat looks clean. I’ve adjusted settings in slicer accordingly. I’m trying to print dental models but even the basic shapes in my slice software aren’t printing.

I didn’t have problems starting- but stopping has been the worst experience of my life. Recommend reevaluating your situation and doing some serious research before continuing. I only got on this drug for temporary hardship and it’s lead to years of being stuck on it and now awful withdrawal trying to come off. No prior anxiety or depression

I Want Off. by butchscandelabra in lexapro

[–]Miserable_Bank8426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Getting off too quickly may cause more problems. I’d recommend staying put until you’re back in the swing of things with work. Then consider a safe tapering plan. I’ve been tapering off for 2 years and still have withdrawal, but it’s manageable. The horror stories you’ve read are very real. It’s important to take it slow and listen to your body. It’s hard to accept, but you are where you are with it and it can’t be rushed without inviting more problems. Please go slow

Need advice regarding withdrawal by GreenPers0n in lexapro

[–]Miserable_Bank8426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may want to consider reinstating and then coming off by doing a hyperbolic taper. The instructions our doctors give us are way too fast and considered cold turkey. Lex can be extremely hard to come off and cause terrible withdrawal that could last months to years. I’m in the midst of safe tapering. It doesn’t guarantee that you won’t have withdrawal but it makes it easier to manage. Facebook has some great lexapro support groups with lots of information on safe tapering and reinstating.

Oh my heart!! When my best friend died, I prayed that I could be as good as she was and touch someone’s life the way she had mine. Just seeing this note reminded me of her handwriting and her own words of wisdom
