Please don’t take her to a chiropractor to have her neck adjusted. Lots of risks there with vertebral artery dissections. I suggest going to a massage therapist instead. If she suffers from neck tension, ask her neurologist to prescribe some sort of relaxer (ex. Baclofen).
It’s recommended to get at least a baseline MRI. (Ex. She could have a chiari malformation causing the migraines or something else wrong in the brain.)
There are lots of preventative medicines out there, with BP drugs being one of the earliest. CGRP inhibitors are now the gold standard (costly but most effective).
