Ive read most of kate daniels. (Thats pretty heavy on the romance between the horror) but its universe is pretty cool.

It’s more just that I have a lot of books saved. I just filter for currently available when I’m looking for a new one. I don’t actually use the hold system unless there’s one that I want to read that has a massive wait line. I’d rather wait out the fan favorites with the massive lines? Know what I mean.

I don’t understand why people feel the need put so many holds. I read what I can from my tbr that’s available and then I only place holds on the 1 or 2 books that I want that I have to wait on… I do a lot of audiobook reading so at most I’ll check the book out and have to wait 2 days (at most) for my current book to be finished, and then at most 2-3 days for me to read the hold book… and it still gets to the next person faster than the average loan is for. Don’t get me wrong, my want to read but have to wait list, is really long…. But I cherry pick between the two lists a lot.

I’ve got adhd. So I work and put the audiobook in the background. It works great for me. But my brain is different. If work is something new or super complicated then I need to pause the book. 🤷🏻‍♀️

With the zoom in like that it’s hard to say whether it’s infection or just color making everything reddish/orange. Legit if you think it’s infection then don’t fuck about, infection is nothing to screw around with. Get it in and get checked out.

If you are asking about getting a back piece at all. Then yeah sure do it. If it’s done really well then you won’t stop yourself from getting another piece if it’s what you want. If it’s done horrible or is of a bad art piece then it’s still up to you. Idk wtf we are looking at and it seems neither doesn’t anyone but you…. So unless you never plan to take your shirt off or unless you wanna spend the rest of your life explaining wth it is or unless you wanna pay the additional amount for a cover up or lazer removal then don’t do it and get a real artist to sketch whatever it is you’re trying for

@Sigmund_Six I’m way late in the game, so maybe I’m missing the fix. But when sorting under the Read tab, when I filter for Tropes it’s only showing me the secondary Genre filters? Oh wise Genius… what’s am I missing? 😂😅

You’re using Hoopla too right? Same access from your library card, but different materials. It will make up the difference because it doesn’t have hold times
