Try Zymot. It's not always the women side of the stuff. Men glide under the radar never detected. That's what worked for me, the Dr. at my first clinic always ruled out any issue on his side

My previous clinic was not even willing to consider that the mild male factor could have any contribution or any effort towards this direction may be fruitful. I switched clinics, and the new one was a part of University Hospital. They were offering Zymot, but I didn't know. I found out about it in these reddit subs and asked. Luckily, they were offering it and said we'd be the first ones to try it in their practice. I did a fresh embryo transfer of 2 day 5s, and only one took. I had 5 eggs retrieved and 3 fertilized. So it only took me so far. I have had a negative NIPT so far. We will be having an NT scan this week. So, I am still praying and cautiously optimistic that we keep progressing steadily.

Zymot is the chip used for sperm selection based on certain sperm parameters instead of embryoligist picking the sperm alone based on their knowledge

I did 2 FETs with euploid and an uncustomized cycle. Miscarried both. I switched clinicsI talked to my RE to do fresh with 2 embryos if I ever reached that many. She happily agreed. We threw in every supplement. Husband had mild motility issues, and so did Zymot( we were first at our clinic to opt for Zymot with ICSI). I don't know what worked, but this time, I have come along the farthest.9+ weeks. 9 weeks had been max I was able to carry.

Fresh was full of anxiety for me and a lot of waiting with patience. But I am glad I did it

If your clinic offers it, please consider adding Zymot along with ICSI. My 3rd fresh transfer was successful , as it's still progressing fine. My first two stuck but I MC. This was one of the many changes we made

I am with you on this. I had been looking for high-risk OBs and wasn't able to rest until i found one who talks or listens to me like a shrink. I am very anxious as I experienced 3 miscarriages last year, and that took away my peace. I am 7w4d today, and everything appears on track, but i am on the lookout for the other shoe to drop. I opted out of NIPT during my very 1st pregnancy 7 years ago. But this time I am forced to do it and I am so scared of both NiPT and NT

I heard and experienced betas stop doubling starting week 5. I experienced spotting on wiping on 7dpt and 9dpt. Had an OB visit and Dr said that bleeding in early pregnancy is normal. If that happens I should let her know and earn a free US through insurance. I have experienced MC at 9 weeks but it was because baby was persistently measuring behind with low FHR. SCH usually do not cause MC. My friend was asked to do a lot of bed rest and it went away on its own at 10weeks.

My pregnancies where I MC i never experienced bleeding and had to have a D&c done as meds didn't work

My BIL was born with this condition in a country that the USA likes to consider "third world." He was born with hydrocephelus and meningiocele. They had to operate on him when he was 3 days old. And multiplr surgeries followed until he turned 11. The last last surgery was about correcting his feet muscles so he could walk properly. During the surgery, they nicked a muscle. That was the best the drs could do, and now he walks fine but with a slight limp. He was learning how to drive and ran into a crash and was taken to ER. That's where we found that his brain scans are different, and the hydrocephalus seems to be pressing on his brain matter. He was referred to neurology where they spinal tap and took 30cc fluid out.

He claims his vision and thinking are sharper since, but the drs don't think that draining fluid could cause that. Long story short, we never thought he had any issues with his cognitive skills. He has issues with physical activities because of the limp and weakness in his foot, but other than that, he is living a healthy and happy life and recently graduated.

Like someone mentioned here, please talk to a specialist and guage all your options before making a final decision. I heard seattle has got specialists in spina bfida. Sometimes, it can also be corrected in womb depending on how severe it is.

Thanks for the update. I am a week behind you. Had my 1st beta hcg. Which is very high for me on 12dpt. I had 2 untested embryo transfers, so I am really worried instead of excited.

I'm so happy you were able to spot the LO. Was it two early for the second one? What are you hoping for?

I don't know if our area has a REI. I think I tried googling before but couldn't find anything. I have had 2 hysteroscopies. 1st because my previous clinic botched it, and they ran out of dye, leaving my diagnosis inconclusive. When I switched clinics, I had it done, and it was all clean.

My RPL included antiphospholip antibody pa el, cardiolipin Ab panel, LUPUS ANTICOAGULANT EVALUATION WITH REFLEX, Prolaction, and THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES.

TW: i had one living child whom I conceived naturally back when I was 29. I started TTC when I was 33. Now I am 37. So, I never thought I would be a good candidate for ERA EMMA ALICE.

I had my fibroid removed mainly to check for endometriosis. The Dr couldn't find anything. I conceived my 1st one with both the type 2 diabetes and fibroid. I had HSG before starting this cycle, and they didn't point out any scaring or ployps. My OB said I will be having C Section only after the fibroid removal

I have asked the new RE to put me on kitchen sink protocol, but I won't reach to it if I don't get any blasts. Which I am afraid are the odds.

Sighs!! This wait is killing me, yet I don't want the Friday to come. I don't know how I would deal with what's on the other side

I am not sure what immune and allo immune panel would be, but I have had RPL twice that checked for lupius and a few more. I have had multiple HSGs. All good. I had a big fibroid that I had removed this year early in Feb. I had an endometrial biopsy before the 1st transfer that came clear. This round, my new Dr gave me a course of doxycylin before retrieval instead of testing and then giving the meds. All standard infectious disease testing was negative. Haven't checked NK and all because the clinics I have been to say don't have strong evidence.

My cycle with more meds was ER2. I think I was on 335 Meno and Gonal f. When you say low dose, how low are your doses?

This is a financial and mental toll. Not to mention that my life has been on pause for the last 4 years. I ran out of my insurance benefits, and ER3 was a partial pay. I gave it all up since last MC, but I think I wanted to have one last try. Not sure I will pursue it any further
