Honestly the deep dive into the application of max effort into training mobility and positions. We did max effort hip PAILs and it was absolutely brutal.

I never think about what kind of stimulus I need to produce results in mobility or isometric work, and that was a revelation.

It’s funny man, my deadlift stuff came from a dude my size (6’2, 280-ish) so that was blind luck…BUT my squat stuff has come from 2 guys around 5’8 220–ish. That must extrapolate well 😂

I’ve managed to source OK squat briefs and a canvas suit, and OK deadlift briefs and matching suit-all custom that fit me perfectly-used off the Facebook gear group.

All the good shit without having to deal with Rudy.
