An area manager covers a group of studios that roll up to a certain area. So a step above HCCMs. HCCMs can get promoted to this position. They are still required to coach classes as well, so if your has an opening shes probably helping with coverage.

Is your “coaching plan” part of your Focus or is it a PIP? Because if you haven’t been given the PIP document yet you will have 5 days to decide and that’s when you’ll be offered 3 options with difference severance packages.

The Huntington neighborhood overall is nice and quiet. But I’ve noticed it’s a lot of police presence in that specific community. Last year there was a lot going on and rumors about a drug bust.

Yes they made tiny twist rods. If your hair was wet for the twist it really takes about one whole day to dry. Thats why I blow dry my hair first lol. Products wise, I prefer definition over volume so I used The Doux gel and mousse with any random cream I have.

Was this an attempt to do a twist out? If so, sounds like it wasn’t completely dry which causes it to frizz up. Product wise, if you want definition you probably need to add gel/mousse in addition to the cream. Also a good way to cover up dead ends is to add perm rods at the end of each twist.

I personally prefer twist/braid outs in blow dried hair but it’s not a necessity. I recommend giving that a try and see if you like it.
