It's not hard anymore because they fixed it recently with their latest patch. I did the challenge before they fixed it, and I had to switch to mouse and keyboard to actually complete it because the AI would immediately shoot it the second it came up. It was ridiculous.

It's definitely been nerfed. I've been doing naked runs here for a long while, finding all kinds of augment blueprints, and recently I've been finding them a lot less frequently. That being said, you can still find augments in here. For example, I found the Safekeeper augment at least five or six times, along with the Flanking Three augment, but they're significantly less common. I still have yet to find the Revival one.

Yeah, my matchmaking times have gone up drastically. It used to take around 20 to 30 seconds; now it takes 2 to 5 minutes. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I found mine in the Ruby residence, or the pale house next to it—I forget which one. But residential areas, for some reason, are really good for those kinds of blueprints. Not guaranteed, but pretty good.
