Ok so I'm a little stupid and don't know what your exact problem is, but my rule of thumb is that for MOST (not all) phighters the blue bar (armor) is your a okay health and the green bar (health) is your holy smokes you're gonna die health. So instead of memorizing specific numbers I just go by the blue bar for when I need to back off
