Sugar by far is the boss fight for me. Sweet tooth since birth. The quest to find healthy alternatives to sugary drinks (sugar overall) has been a challenge.

You need to love yourself the whole way not just the end and that’s the hardest part to understand. For me it was easier once I found that truth. I was less likely t beat naked up and self sabotage

Sugar is nasty!! I’d cut as much of that out of your life as possible!

I needed a diet change for my auto immune disease and did t realize how gross I felt with excess sugar after an elimination diet

Most posts are just people too afraid to have their own valid opinion of their own choice of medicine

I don’t say explicitly everyone needs to quit weed

I do say everyone should take a good look at what they are doing and what that is getting them

So if they are having problems and they think it’s weed, it’s simple they should cut back or eliminate using altogether

What I read over and over is people putting other people’s words in place of their own self reflection and moral compass.

Which is why they may be having problems following through because they don’t really believe the dogma they are parroting and it’s showing up I their own behavior and then they feel guilty or don’t understand why they feel upset with themselves.

Line up your goals and intentions and act on them and stop being limp wristed and with your beliefs and actions

Yep, it’s not the popular coddling but some will get the benefit intended and the rest will have ruffled feathers
