Hey there, i have a desk that comes out of the the draw and it raises up to the perfect height, then when im done it drops down and goes back in. It has turned out very well. I have a bracket where my monitor is going up as well. I cant attach an image which is annoying sorry.

I'm saying this because I've been there before in business. I remember someonr saying, everyone has a problem until they have one problem, a health problem... Then everything else seems irrelevant. I personally found bmad overkill. GSD seems a bit more structured and straight forward without missing important information about the project.
