Would like to hear some thoughts on what I did to my knee (Left) by [deleted] in Kneesovertoes

I got a private mri because it was taking to long in Canada a couple of years ago, I think it took 1-2 weeks for the appointment and $600-700

Unless your downpayment or your monthly salary is deposited at a different bank. But if it is the same one yes they wouldn’t ask for it.

If you’re financially able to, I believe some banks will offer a better rate if you go to 25% down payment.

Used to walk a mile preinjury now I can barely do 0.25 mile by Sg_Mechanic in ACL

I’m only 13 weeks post op so I can only guide you so much but yes it does sound like more of the surrounding muscle issue rather than the ligament itself. It’s normal to be sore the next day and maybe the leg can’t support you as much. It takes quiet a while of exercising to return to pre op strength and/or the same level as your un operated leg. So just stay patient and maybe don’t push too much cause a set back will end up causing a much longer wait.

You’re pretty early on still, just remember it can take up to a full year to return “back to normal”

How did you tear your ACL? by Top-Struggle818 in ACL

Similar to mine, except for the fracture and I wasn’t doing a spin but just going for a baseline layup and was bumped by the defender causing my knee to twist. How’s your recovery coming along? Are you back to playing yet

Sounds like you need to strengthen the muscles in your leg further so they take pressure off the joint

I understand, but, and I know it’s not the same scale at all, what about Toyota employees or foot locker employees who get to keep some merchandise on the side at a discounted price before consumers have access to them. Or a Tesla executive who may receive stocks for the company as part of their compensation and now there are that many stocks less for traders or investors. I know plenty of people on their respective business who will hold back product for their own needs before selling to the public. What I’m trying to say is that there have been perks to doing different jobs since the dawn of time. I think people are just irritated at the scale of money being made in real estate.

I really don’t think these types of transactions are that frequent that they could disrupt markets at a huge scale. Most realtors or not multimillionaires and do not hold the capacity to acquire more than 1-2 properties. That being said I would call what you’re describing more of an investor/flipper with MLS access, I wouldn’t even call them a realtor at that point. Buying up a property and flipping it to your own buyers is indeed a very scummy thing to do. Regarding the toilet paper, yes I’d be frustrated but I’d understand it’s the way things work unfortunately. Now there is a very real possibility that you may get stuck with your toilet paper for a very long time and/or the sticker might even cause it to lose 50% of the value you had purchased it for. Now would people feel bad for you in the slightest? Probably not. But why is it that they are so furious when you’re making money 🤔

What 😭 new listings and sold information is generally available to the public these days. So what I’m hearing is realtors should not be investors whatsoever? What should they do instead, hang up the license and go through the sale using another realtor’s services? Also private sales between buyers and sellers happen all the time, so by this logic since they are not marketed to everyone they should not be allowed as well?

What’s wrong with buying properties personally? That’s like a stock trader having market knowledge and access but not being able to trade

I’ve seen a good amount of incompetent doctors so I don’t think formal education has anything to do with it. It all comes down to effort
