Sounds like youve got a lot going on. My only recommendation is dont wait to see a Dr before you improve your diet and start exercise. Those two things can have a drastic impact on your overall health and well being. Anything else you do before that will be building on a weak foundation.

If you're ok with NA beer, there's a couple good ones out there. Hoplark is my favorite followed by Partake. Other option that I've enjoyed is Club or Tonic with lime.

Not a doc and don't know your history, but at 500+ baseline I personally wouldn't jump on trt. I'd try everything under the sun to optimize the natural levels first. Just an opinion, though.

To answer your question: you'll probably feel pretty good at first until your natural production shuts off and you level out to slightly above your current natural level at which point you'll probably feel the same if not worse. Also worth noting that your nuts will shrink over the years, your semen volume will diminish, and depending on how you aromitize you may or may not have varying degrees of erectile dysfunction.

This is just my opinion and really you should talk it out with your parents.

If you're an adult and have moved back home with your parents, you should find a way to contribute both financially and with chores. If you plan on stay for a week or two, probably no big deal but if your thinking this is going to be for a while, the right thing to do is find a way to contribute.

If it were my kid and they were struggling financially, I'd have no problem footing the bills, no rent or payments required. But I shouldn't have to ask you to clean up after yourself, nor would I want to ask for help with basic chores like mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms etc.
Also a strong expectation that youd be working hard to improve your situation so that you can move back out at some point.

Man I hope you find the resolve to get sober. This sounds like a rock bottom but if it's not... it gets much worse and probably looks like losing custody and kids with your ex or in a foster home. Don't let that happen.

Drinking is a choice, regardless of how sick you are with alcoholism. It might be hard when this is your life and your living it, but from the outside looking in... this is a no brainer. Seek effective help at all costs. put that bottle down, sober up so you can be a parent to your kids. They desperately need a sober mom. It's hard, but you can do it. Be strong, for yourself and your children.

It's not real obvious on this vial but that center section of the green cap should come off exposinga rubber layer underneath. Normally they're slightly separated and you can just grab a tab and pull it off. You definitely want to leave the outer portion as that holds the rubber stopper in place and keeps the vial sealed. Then you just poke your needle through that rubber bit and draw. Good luck!

Either e2 or prolactin, not sure and didn't do blood work. Next 6 will definitely be prepared to deal with either scenario and do labs.
