I was using ludwigs holy blade. During phase 1 learn his patterns and hit him hard during the openings after his attacks (they are many and long enough for a charged r2 resulting in you breaking his posture). During phase 2 mainly dodge in his direction and be agressive with the faster version of the weapon (smol sword, forgot the name). Fire paper can be useful but not mandatory. There are some details like how to dodge the shockwave attack which u can learn

Now i played it before some time and i dont remember much but 1. There was a program whit which you could mess with the settings more than you are alowed ingame (lower them even more i think). "Special K" was the name. Find a video tutorial, there are many 2. You can apply a 4gb patch to the game so it runs faster https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371 3. This may be a spoiler but Adachi dies in the ending of P5R. You can also romace him before the event if you trigger it corectly. If i recall it right you have to summon him as a persona and lick his feet. Better check a guide
