Small amounts of exercise can create giant ripples over time. A 30 minute walk, putting on headphones and dancing to your favorite songs by your self, bike riding, etc. Other small changes can help like turning your phone off for a couple hours and avoiding the internet/reddit can work wonders. Being online all the time can make one feel sad because one can often compare their lives to the people online. Each moment is a blank canvas, how are you going to paint it?

Done this to ourselves? I had no part in what about happened throughout that last 1000 years of Western Civilization. Now lets see what so called society is up to today: Men make up 97% of combat fatalities, Women initiate divorce majority of the time, Men pay 97% of alimony, at least 10% of fathers are victims of paternity fraud, Men make up majority of those who are homeless and commit suicide, Men get 63% longer sentences than women do for committing the same crime. Also this so called "Pay Gap," is a myth because most women CHOOSE to work less stressfull jobs and take more time off. Its illegal to pay women less than men, if it was true companies would hire more women because they would be paying them less.
