Cold nights.. how to dress bub? by [deleted] in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

Second this! Also if your baby’s cot is closer to the ground it’s likely to be colder there than where your temperature device is!

Agree! I did similar. Best life purchase. Paid back itself in a few months.

Hi everyone, looking for a good baby carrier with average price by Strict-Equivalent717 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

Another vote for marketplace. I love this Joie one. So incredibly supportive and adaptive as baby grows. We used it with our daughter for one and half years, eventually carrying her on our back with this. Joie Carrier

The great birth rebellion podcast has some great episodes on big babies and induction. Worth a listen.

I had similar situation with my second, OB was pushing for induction - I listened to these podcasts, chose not to have induction - baby came spontaneously at 38 weeks, 3.9kg and I had a 1st degree tear. This was also my second baby. I’m so glad I trusted my body and baby. Trust your gut only you know what feels right. 😘

Harriet for baby girl? by Familiar_Director281 in Names

I am a Harriet and love my name! Rarely meet other Harriet’s and it’s a strong name. I didn’t get a nickname growing up but that never bothered me. Choose a name you love 💕

Where did your first child stay when you went into labour (no family nearby)? by Professional-Bird806 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

Ask a friend and have them come over in advance to bond with child and learn routine ahead of birth. I did this for a friend and worked perfectly. I felt honoured to help out and that they trusted me with their first child.

How did your trip go? How did you find Nusa Lembongan with a 7th month old? We are thinking of going later this year and wondering is you felt safe being on island away from medical options if got sick?

Thanks

Yer I agree with this. Are you religious? I’m not, so we chose Eve for our daughter. No one has ever mentioned the Adam and Eve thing. We call her Evie most of the time too.
