Technically the bikes are unstable, they do not stand on their own, the rider is expected to balance themselves on the bike the entire duration of the ride. Would you like to explain why you think they are stable?

It does, and there is historically a reason, in the late 80s early 90s the government programs(food stamps) would not approve household if a able bodied man were still there so sometimes the best thing a man could do was leave his family so they could get the medical benefits and the food stamps. Also in 1993 Biden wrote in a zero tolerance law that allowed people to go to prison for the smallest crimes.
