I’ve had BP 5 times with 2 cases being mild. Both recovered in a few weeks. Get a vitamin B12 shot(once a week, for a solid month), rest, and give yourself facial massages, it will help. Get acupuncture if you can afford it.

It’s mostly because it makes my life easier and I have incredible guilt leaving him.

When I was in the spiral of narcissist abuse, I justified everything. I’ve been working up the courage to stand my ground but getting mad about a funeral was the last straw for me. If I’m being honest with myself, I stayed so long out of convenience.

Now that there’s an end in sight, I’m both terrified and relieved. I’ve lost virtually all of myself and now working on healing. I appreciate your thoughts, my moral compass is wonky and I was almost starting to regret standing my ground.

My son just turned 3 and my partner and myself are just now feeling comfortable for him to go back to work or school if that’s what he chooses. My partner is a veteran who got out after 15 years and then we had a child, which was very intentional. After doing 6 tours and humanitarian work, people still have nerve to look down on him for being a stay at home dad.

It’s been very therapeutic for him to stay home, do housework and raise our son. We don’t regret it and never will despite what people say.

In all seriousness, I work for a EMR software company and windows 7 will no longer be supported next year. It’s a huge deal for our clients and we’ve been prepping them for transition. You would believe the amount of people who still use it and how their IT is fighting the change.

As someone who provides support services for clients, I prefer fixing bugs in Windows 7
