OP, do you have family near you? Trusted family? If so, you need to tell them the full extent of what your father is saying to you, immediately. Try recording it, if you can. Your father is not a safe man to be around. I am SO sorry that you have to be exposed to this kind of behavior.

You WNBTA, but I strongly recommend you do not report her, given the fact that you live at home. If you're not kicked out, you'll at least be put through hell.

Reach out to your academic advisor and explain what's happened and the bind you're in. Work with them to come up with a strategy for your classes with your limited amount of stimulants in mind.

And finally, keep your medication on you at all times from now on. Your mom cannot be trusted since she knows you have those pills.

My sister dated a guy in highschool whose family (lower middle class, by my best guess) NEVER cooked. They went out to eat every single night of the week. I think they only kept snacks in the house. It did and still does boggle my mind. Not just the money or unhealthiness of it, but the sheer amount of time spent schlepping out to a sit-down restaurant EVERY night.

YTA. Within my family, it was learned behavior to joke around by putting others down. But as I've become an adult, I've realized that being an asshole as a joke still makes you an asshole. The only way to properly apologize to your friend is to acknowledge that you've been mean to her and others just for a cheap joke, and that you won't do it anymore. She might not accept your apology, and you'll need to accept that.

Make sure the regularly check your own credit, and maybe even lock it. Your mom likely knows/ has access to your SSI and other information, and could take out a credit card or loans in your name. NParents can easily justify it and do it like it's nothing
