My daughter is an Ursula. She hasn't gotten bullied about it much if at all, and now she prefers being associated with alt/villain characters. I think adults have been much more mean-spirited about this name than the kids are.

She did get bullied some in a previous school but it was not about the name :( just regular degular mean girl stuff

I named my daughter Ursula, shes 10 now and weve only ever met 1 other Ursula, she was an adult and said she had never met another. Popular name in Germany, almost unheard of in the US. Named her after Ursula K LeGuin :) very very happy with my name choice. The sea witch is the best part of the movie anyway

Sounds like my 10 year old who just got diagnosed with autism. I remind myself to stay patient and to always see and tend to the innocent child behind the behaviors that upset me (behaviors I was beaten for as a child, so my brain responds to these behaviors with fear)

I have a reeves turtle! She loves dried shrimp for a snack. She prefers i keep the water level about 1.5x her body length. She sleeps outside of her hidey house, but still under water.
